The joke here: When my grandparents got married there is a picture that looks like my Grandpa's Dad is helping the newlywed couple cut their cake by placing HIS hand over my Grandma's. Grandma didn't like being bossed around. When my cousin Amy got married we asked Grandma to please help Amy with her cake, while we took pictures making it look like Grandma was helping Amy cut the cake just like before (Grandma was unaware of our ploy). For our wedding we asked Grandma and Grandpa for a staged picture also. Here poor Grandpa is just SO OLD that he doesn't have the strength to cut a cake so he needs some help....
