This is a pat mat. A bag filled with water and a few floating bottle caps. Babies are suppose to squeal with delight after they realize they can move the caps around. Cause and Effect learning. well, this was our first try. Zeleta liked it but for different reasons.
i like the baby chewing on air action happening towards the end.
